Top-level Consultants

At Serenity Specialist Clinic, our team of consultant psychiatrists include Dr. Adeola Lemboye, Dr. Nneka Orakwue-Ononye, and Dr. Victoria Olasegha.

Dr. Lemboye and Dr. Orakwue-Ononye are certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists with extensive inpatient and outpatient experience providing care to children, adolescents, young adults, and adults.

At Serenity Specialist Clinic, we assess and treat individuals experiencing a broad range of mild to moderate mental health conditions. We also provide ongoing follow-up care to support our clients throughout their treatment journey.

Our multidisciplinary team includes highly skilled therapists and counsellors who are dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful improvements in various aspects of their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Convenient Location

Our clinic is conveniently located in the NW area of Calgary, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking. We offer flexible appointment scheduling to accommodate our patients' busy schedules.

Cancellation & Attendance Policies

If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Contact the office as soon as you know you will not be able to attend your appointment, so we can fill your slot. Contact us by phone or email.

Missing an appointment without adequate notice or two appointments within 6 months will result in discharge from our services. We understand that there are occasionally unexpected circumstances, such as an accident or illness, that interfere with keeping an appointment, which is why we will not charge a no-show fee once we receive adequate notice.

Zero Tolerance Policy For Abuse

We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive, rude, or abusive behaviour towards staff, either in person, by email, or on the phone.

Behaviour includes: abusive language and yelling, disrespectful comments, threats, bullying, violence (physical attacks or threats), intimidation, damaging property, refusing to leave the property, etc.

Action will be taken when incidents occur, and the individual(s) will face immediate dismissal from our practice and patient panel, be asked to leave the premises, and may also face prosecution by law enforcement.

RELEASE OF PATIENT RECORDS

We do not accept instructions from a third party to release patient information. Patient has to directly instruct us via phone or email from the phone number or email address on file. Once we receive and process patients’ requests, their health records will then be sent along with an invoice containing payment instructions.

EMAIL COMMUNICATION

Please note that email is not our primary method of communication. If you have time-sensitive questions, we ask that you contact our office directly by phone. Also, be advised that we do not encourage the sharing of medical information via email. Any information transmitted through email will not be included in the patient’s official medical record. For reasons of privacy, accuracy, and continuity of care, we strongly encourage patients to contact the clinic directly by phone to discuss any medical concerns with our staff.
